Where do I find my Downloads?
Check the “Order” email you received after payment. Look for the link under the “Downloads” Tab. Click the link and you should be transported to the download. Magic! If you can’t find your email, check the Spam/Junk folder. Still no luck? Feel free to send me a message.
Where is my Order?
Items marked as pre-orders can take 4+ weeks to process. Custom Orders like prints or kits will be updated via email once processing is completed/printed and then again once shipped.
You will receive an email once processing is completed. If you’re still unsure please contact us.
Requesting custom print/work?
Use the contact form labelled “Custom Requests” if you would like to book a customer project. Try to provide as much information as possible for a more accurate response.
