Thank you for your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.



All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.



For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange. You might be asked for proof of transport damage or defects before refunds or returns are processed.

Return items must be securely packaged to avoid damage. Once received item(s) will be inspected evaluated for refund. 



To return an item, please email us to obtain a Return of Merchandise Authorization. After receiving the OK from us, ship the item back to the address provided in the Return email.

Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping & charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Returns are inspected before refunds are issued. Broken or damaged returns will not be refunded. 



After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least twenty-one (21) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.



The following items cannot be returned:

  • Downloads
  • Custom 3D Prints
  • Commissions
  • Gift Cards


Chargebacks are fraud.

Customers who lie in order to receive a chargeback are committing a form of fraud. If you do that here we will take legal action.
Your account will be banned and blacklisted.
